The factory workers at the Trafford PG Tips site were in need of a boost in productivity and morale. We worked with focus groups on the factory floor to gather insights into what could be done to improve the link between management and their workforce.
We determined that although a strategy had been developed, most staff either didn't understand it or simply hadn't engaged with it. We translated the complex strategy into something fundamental and visually engaging, in the form of illustrations for digital displays and large format print.
